International Year of Pulses – 2016
Since the informative assembly of Years 2/3, we have been honouring pulses throughout school in many ways. Upper School students arranged a display board to heighten awareness on the nutritional benefits of pulses, their contribution to the future of global food security and how they reduce the environmental footprint of food production. Recipes of delicious dishes using pulses were also shared throughout school. The highlight of our focus on pulses was the Pulses Tasting Day, held on 23rd February.
