International Year of Pulses – 2016
Since the informative assembly of Years 2/3, we have been honouring pulses throughout school in many ways. Upper School students arranged a display board to heighten awareness on the nutritional benefits of pulses, their contribution to the future of global food security and how they reduce the environmental footprint of food production. Recipes of delicious dishes using pulses were also shared throughout school. The highlight of our focus on pulses was the Pulses Tasting Day, held on 23rd February.

Years 3 and 4 took full advantage of an opportunity to 'go back to nature' by visiting a farm in Calavi.

Year 6 and 7 went on a field trip to a seashore where young turtles were taken care of.

The visit of Year 5 to the Ministère des Affaires Sociales provided them with an opportunity to understand how the rights of children are handled in Benin.

The racquet skills of E.I.S.
The racquet skills of E.I.S. Year 13 student, Peemann Kaur, contributed to Benin taking second place in the Junior Badminton International 2022.
